who is ginny?

Ginny is a seasoned Real Estate Professional that buys commercial real estate to create passive income, get tax benefits and build wealth while improving communities with like-minded people.

She is the Founder and CEO of Pivotal Real Estate Investments and Acquisition Solutions, the latter being a consulting and brokerage firm. Pivotal Real Estate Investments specializes in joint ventures and syndications.

Ginny has been in real estate over 40-years, mostly working in eminent domain property acquisitions where she earned her SR/WA designation, acquired over 600 properties and was involved in project and property management. She specializes in negotiations and due diligence. She was a real estate appraiser in the 1980’s during the Savings & Loan Crisis and has now been a real estate broker over 30-years.

The current portfolio includes 730 apartments, 1 medical office and 1 traditional office building.

Ginny is a proud mother who loves tennis, pickleball and horseback riding. She is a member of many professional organizations and serves on committees to help advance the real estate profession.
